Prepare yourself for the chaos of December with a morning of yoga to calm and ground. The class will include asana and pranayama (breath-work) to improve the flow of energy and and relax the body and mind. Meditation to bring peace and yoga nidra, a deep relaxation to leave you renewed, calm and with a positive outlook. Suitable for beginners and improvers. Afterwards we will share homemade soup and delicious loafley bread!
