Monday morning Hatha Yoga class at the Regency Hall, Saundersfoot will now begin at 10am till 11.30am.

Children are back to school, we are having an Indian summer and Pembrokeshire feels great. More classes are starting back this week; Hatha Yoga at Bloomfield Centre, Narberth 1.15 - 2.45 on Wednesdays Power Yoga at Tenby Leisure Centre 11.45 - 12.45 on Wednesdays Hatha Yoga at Tenby Leisure Centre 12.00 - 1.30 on Thursdays The morning classes at Tenby CLC (30 week course) beginning at the end of September - remember to sign up to get your place! I maybe starting a Power Yoga class on Tuesday evenings at The Playroom Tenby if anyone is interested let me know. Look forward to seeing all you lovely yogis Michelle x |
