Free Yoga Festival in Cardiff for International Day of Yoga

The Honorary Consulate of India Wales invites you to come and celebrate International Yoga Day on 25th June 2017 for hours of FREE yoga & meditation in the National Indoor Athletics Centre, Cardiff (from 10am - 1pm) The day will be led by some of the country’s leading yoga teachers as we salute the sun in celebration of International Yoga Day.

The day is a great opportunity to introduce someone new to yoga as there’s plenty of classes for all experience levels including beginners. So why not bring along friends and family for a great day out.
