Come and join me for a new Nurturing Hatha Yoga class at Celtic Haven Spa situated on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast. The class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis You could treat yourself and make a day of it! Book in for a luxurious spa treatment at the Elemis Premier Spa. Take a dip in the indoor heat pool and hydrotherapy suite. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the Ocean Terrace at Waves Restaurant. Beginning 28th July, Friday mornings at 10am.
