  Wonderful morning for yoga on the beach!
Lovely to meet Ceri and her hens, gorgeous ladies, who finished the session with a refreshing dip in the sea! Fab - love Tenby You are invited to join us for our annual Open Day this Sunday 8 June from 10.30am to 4.30pm. It's free!
There will be yoga classes in the morning - outside in our beautiful garden if the weather is fine - and yoga nidra sessions (deep relaxation) in the afternoon. There will be a vegetarian lunch, a talk about the ashram and the opportunity to explore the garden and the polytunnels where we grow some of our food. You can also find out more about yoga and the ashram by chatting to our residents and other visitors over a cup of tea. You can pop in at any time between 10.30am and 4.30pm or stay for the day A group of wonderful people at "The Morning of Hatha Yoga", it was an absolute pleasure to spend the morning with you all, balancing our doshas : )
